She also oversee budgets and ensure that resources are used properly and that programs are carried out as planned. Eager to implement innovative ideas and techniques for more productive outcome which maximized quality and profits. More than ten years of experiences to manage team of professionals to implement, inspire organization ethics in to day to day operations.

Ms. Pokharel is the Founder and current Chairman of Rurban Construction Company. She founded the firm in 2020 with a mission to better serve clients and the construction industry as a whole through the endorsement and implementation of an integrated design-build construction delivery approach. From the start of the company, she concentrated the efforts of the organization toward design-build markets, and in the process established Rurban Construction as one of the original firms to be recognized as a true design-builder and a current respected women leader in those markets. Ms Pokhrel has 10 years of experience on Human Resource Management, Finance Management, Risk Analysis and cost benefit analysis of different private projects that provides her with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate details of each stage in project management. She strengthened company’s business by leading implementation of cost saving measures which achieved overall company goal. Her natural personality shines through in her focus on keeping her clients’ intentions in the forefront of all directional decisions, building trust and respect in all areas.

He has more than 10 years of experience on design, construction, and management of hydropower project in Nepal. He is involving in this company from the initiation as an advisor providing his knowledge and skills for the betterment of the company in the sector of Renewable Energy, Hydropower and Electrical Engineering Services without losing the independence.

Mr. Aryal is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Tribhuwan University. From the start of the company, he bear broad array of responsibilities ranging from communicating with the board of directors to preparing operating budgets to overseeing a strategic plan. He has outstanding management skills, demonstrated leadership and the ability to solve problems in an innovative way. He report to the chief executive officer or chairman of the board and typically manages a number of staff, such as the director of operations and other supporting staffs. Serves as the chief executive officer, responsible to the Board of Directors for the effective management of the affairs of the company. Recommends and participates in the formulation of company mission, goals, and objectives and related policies. Within the framework plans, organizes and directs the staff, programs, and activities of the Company.

A team player, Mr Shrestha holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences. With a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Masters Degree in Engineering Management, Purwanchal University, Mr Shrestha has over 10 years' experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-Nepalese Rupees construction projects, including infrastructure, education buildings, rural and urban roads, monastery, water supply, restaurant, grocery, and retail projects for both public and private sector clients.

Other highlights of his work include extensive site improvements, utility relocations, concrete tilt-up construction, and tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Asian Development Bank (DECENTRALISED RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND LIVELIHOOD PROJECT, RURAL RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION SECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM), United Nation Development Program (Local Governance and Community Development Program), JICA (Earthquake School Reconstruction Project) and various project under Government of Nepal and other Non Government Organization.

He has more than ten years of experience on Finance and Procurements in different organizations. His main responsibility is to ensure that staff and management receive high quality, professional and responsive services. He will also implement financial and procurement management policies, procedures and systems and ensure compliance with corporate and project standards as well as maintain oversight of day-to-day financial and procurement activities.

He also works to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. He is determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met and think proactively to accomplish work in the safest possible manner consistent with good work practices.
